Brief Description: Bolted together stabilator Hinge
The stabilator drag torque on the plated nuts was about 15 in/lbs. So the bolts holding the hinge brackets on were torqued to 40 in/lbs. The stabilator stops were installed and torqued to 40 in/lbs. Also the stabilator skins were clecoed on temporarily.
