This morning we assembled the spar box with the countersunk CS4-4 pulled rivets, and the LP 4-3 pulled rivets. I also riveted the rib clips into place. The front of the ribs were radiused per step 2 of page 09-06. The HS-1206, HS-1204, and HS-1216 ribs have been Clecoed to the spar box. The HS1231D was riveted to the spar box and the K1000-4 plate nuts were riveted to the HS-1231A and HS1231B. The AN470AD3-3.5 rivets need to be installed in the hinge bracket assembly. I am currently waitning on a rivet set to do this.
