Received the Wing Kit today. Inventoried all parts and accesories. Everything accounted for. A group of parts in SUB KIT # 5 look like they have been used. Dirty, marks from washers and bolts etc. Called Gus F at Van's he said they have been heat treated and the marks are from the equipment they use to heat treat?? I have pictures of the parts I receivede and an Email from Gus as to the stock parts.
