All the doublers were match-drilled on the rudder spars...Then, the rudder counterbalance ribs were fluted to get them straight and clecoed to the spar... After some rework with the flute, the counterbalance skin was fitted perfectly to the ribs and match-drilled. Finally, the rudder skin was clecoed in place on the skeleton and the trailing edge was added... After making sure everything fitted, the complete remaining holes were match-drilled!
