Rudder skeleton assembly was started by clecoing together the rudder spar and R904 rib... As per the instruction, the middle hole of R904 was enlarged to 3/8 using the hole located on the R902 spar as a guide. Also, the R917 shim was clecoed and place to fit the rudder horn to it's position... The top radius of the rudder horn had to be sanded down to a smaller radius because of clearance issue with R904 rib... After finishing the rudder horn with a scotchbrite wheel, eveything was clecoed together and is ready for match-drilling!
