Came up with a bucking bar that provided the necessary access to the rivets in the top of the gear tower used to fasten the top forward skin. It took several tries to get it right. The space in the rear of the gear tower is very narrow as is the top of the gear tower. I used some 1/2" x 1" x 4.5" steel for the actual bucking bar ground down to 1/4" on the ends. The vertical riser was also made from 1/2" x 1" x 3" tapered on the top and then welded to a piece of 1" bar stock for weight. Worked very well.
