What a pain in the ass. Pulling and streching this 8 foot by 4 foot sheet of thin aluminum over the skeleton and getting all the holes to line up was a chore. But don't she look purdy? After the pic, I got to take it all apart again to deburr all the holes and treat interior surfaces with anti-corrosion (zinc phosphate).
