Brief Description: Began fit of root end

Corrected trailing edge fit to top rear spar. The trailing edge was trimmed at the root end. The root end angle (8V9-4) was fit to rear rib #1 and nose rib #1. I began to fit the root end skin (8V9-3) to the root end angle, spars, and root ribs.
