Max up elevator is 30 deg and 25 deg for down elevator. Called Van's and spoke with Kevin. He said the 28.4 degrees down elevator was within the acceptable limits and no need to change the quickbuild installed elevator stop.
Uneven up elevator and requires more deflection
Removed elevator stop until both horns stopped evenly
