I fitted the windshield last night and clecoed it in place. I started at the rear windshield bracket which got (6) 1/8" holes. The first two were placed 1 inch in from each edge and the rest were equally spaced. I believe the spacing on these was about 6.6" between holes. Once the rear of the windshield was installed I started down the butt ribs on the sides. One hole was placed 1 inch from the back edge and then spaced 3 inches apart from there. A total of 9 holes were put in each butt rib. Once the windshield was on the top I put the boot cowl on and pushed the windshield up to it in order to get a good seal. Once everything was in position I drilled holes through the lexan and the tabs on the airframe. Next step will be to trim a little off the windshield as it was sized a little big to ensure I didn't cut too much.
