Once the false ribs were glued to the flap leading edge the whole leading edge was glued to the front of the flap. After the glue dried I had to remove part of the leading edge around the hinges. Next I clamped the hinge brackets to the wing ribs and fitted the flap. After everything was in place I drilled out the hinge brackets and rivetted/glued everything to the wing.
