Completed up to step 5 in 32-14. Was able to install the cables by myself. Not sure that I installed the turnbuckles in the direction spelled out in the manual. I just couldn't install them the way that the plans suggested. By reversing them, both installed relatively easily.
Will need to borrow a calibrated cable tension meter to guage the cable tension.
