Brief Description: Completed install of heater door control cable
Completed the install of the heater control cable. Very tight work area so needed to remove coolant hoses and radiator to work in this space. Not sure why they had us install the rad before doing this section.
Cut the outside cable too short (mis-measured) but was able to extend it by loosing several of the clamps. When bending the actual cable for the cottor pin, it broke which left a shorter cable than I needed. Ended up bending the cottor pin and needed to use a replacement to get into the small hold for it. Made adjustments to the hardware and in the end it works fine but I found this part of the install very challenging.
Reinstalled the coolant hoses and radiator/head exchanger.
