Brief Description: Preparing parts for horizontal stabilizer
On Page 9-02, we started preparing parts for the horizontal stabilizer.
Countersink spar caps HS-1211 Separate HS-1213 hinge bracket and countersink HS-1213B Separate HS-1209 spar cap spacers and countersink Separate HS-1224 doublers
We did not countersink the HS-1202 fwd spar and HS-1203 aft spar at that time because we weren't 100% sure which holes. Definitely don't want to countersink the wrong holes.
Prepped parts. Clecoing them together made for faster deburring.
