Tried and tried to find good travel for the cables to the flap arms. Tried different shackles and pulley sizes. Concluded the answer was to redrill. It went well! I have a tiny bit of contact now but do not feel it will be an issue. Will probably not even contact when added the pressure of the wind in flight.
