Finished drilling and installing nut plates for aux tank bay cover. Dimpled all covers and used the countersink tool in a drill to drill out the inspection cover forms to accept the dimple in the covers. Everything is dimpled except the hole over the nut plate. It is reamed out with a countersink bit. To get the inspection covers aligned the first time, I put the stiffener inside the wing and cleco'd the cover to it so that it would self center in the hole. Then I cleco'd another stiffener on the outside of the wing so that I could use it as a template to drill all the holes on the out edge. Drilled all rivet holes in the outer edge with a #40 bit. Drilled cover scrw holes with a #40 then opened to a #27 which is big enough for the screw and the nut plate jig tool I bought. I found it much better to clamp all the like size stiffeners together and drill all holes at the same time. I installed the nut plates in the stiffeners also before riveting to the wing. I did one without that it was much easier to install the nut plates first.
