Cut out formers for my main wing ribs #1-9. Not to happy with one of the flute locations, it is a bit low but should be ok. Band saw and belt sander make easy work of it. A bit concerned with the locatioin of two holes used to locate the ribs durring assembly, these have to be accurate. I also made a template to transfer the design to the sheet metal for cutting.
