Removed VS drilled the holes for the F-721D up elevator stop. Install the VS again and set the vertical hight of the VS of 7 11/32" shown on DWG 27A detail A, centered it then clamped the VS to the fuselage, checked the distance from top of the VS to the outside edge of the HS for smae distance on both sides then used the pilot holes to drill and bolt to the F-721D
