Brief Description:  Aft Deck and VS 702

Replaced some bad rivets on aft deck, measured and cut 5/8" off the lower front of the VS-702 as per DWG 27A then bolted everthing down and measured to see how close the 1/4" off set was. Will have to do this again a few times before drilling.
