Brief Description:  Engine and wiring coming along

We averaged about 5 students per session these past two weeks. The exhaust, oil, and cooling systems were all tackled, and very little remains to be done on them. The coolant lines remain. Most wiring is done FWF, and some completed farther aft. The top deck is closed and the canopy fitted and ready for fiberglass.

That is quite a lot of progress, considering we had lots of company. Saturday the 19th EAA Chapter 21 came up from Evansville, IN. Eight came in four planes. One was an RV-12 builder who had just made his first flight the day before. There was lots of interaction, and we learned quite a lot from them.

Today (Sunday, May 20) The 99s had a meeting at OVO, and I and Ross talked about the project. The ladies all came and viewed the progress. It was a fun time.

From the weekend, we met many nice folks, and it appears that Evansville will attempt a project of their own! With a 12 builder there, it should be quite a nice situation.
