Brief Description:  Systems continue

We finished several systems this past two weeks. The fuel tank is done (not tested yet.) The flaperon cables are tensioned and safety wired. All the parts used by the old (Dynon 180) avionics system have been replaced. Wiring is progressing slowly. The fiberglass tailcone is about finished, along with the spinner and cowl work is starting. Lots of little things are being finshed.

Also Eagle's Nest Two is underway, and it is fun to watch the progress, especially of the workers. I spend one day each week observing and instructing. Also, the student project manager from EN-I helps out. The mentors are officers on the P.A. staff, and they are very dedicated. It is going to be a fine project. Apr 19 (yesterday) a 2-star general reviewed the project, and today the national commander, with three stars, came by for a review. It doesn't get any higher than that!

Two of our group had missed the Young Eagles flights last year, and we made up for that yesterday. From the looks of the smiles, everyone enjoyed their time alort.

Our avionics package is on the way. Hopefully, so are we!
