Six students worked both days. We continued finishing the fuselage, and did more work on the finish kit. We have the tires mounted, the fule tank ready to seal, and much of the fiberglass cut to shape. Controls are going in, and the canopy frame is painted. When the cables are ran, we will be riveting down the tailcone top and installing the rear window. Not bad...
Thursday the Columbus Republic came and did a spread for the Sunday edition of the Jennings County Edition. They will be back nexxt week for a front-page story for a daily edition of the whole paper. That is really good--work needs to get into the other counties of the area.
We are having the first cold weather of the season, and the shop was cold. Tank and fiberglass cutting are being done in the classroom. After the Thursday work session, four went to the EAA Chapter 1328 meeting.
