Brief Description:  Starting to look like a "tub!"

Tuesday we had five students, today six. Some have come by and told me why they couldn't be here for a few sessions. These are busy kids, and I am impressed with what they can do, both on the plane and otherwise.

A pattern is developing; we get more done on Thursdays than on Tuesdays. We talked about that. It may well be that it takes them more time to get back up to speed after the long layoff. These are things to consider when doing a project like this. Tuesday we had an asssembly put together wrong, and just couldn't seem to figure it out. Larry (one of our mentors who is ALWAYS there) caught it before rivets were driven, but it took four or five readings of the plans to see where we went astray. Anyway, it was found and corrected.

Tonight things went great! Lots of rivets driven, all the work good quality, and no errors. The "tub is really starting to take shape, and things become more and more obvious as we go along.

After breaking early, we went to the airport for our EAA meeting, plus a little flying. That was enjoyed by all.
