Brief Description:  A good week

We are still down in number, but a lot was accomplished this week. The center section is assembled and the first floor skins are on. Lots of pieces have been deburred, although our best "wheel man" on the 3M polishing wheel is still involved in play practice. Next week...

At this point, people are beginning to specialize. We know who is "best" at certain jobs, and everyone accepts their role. We make sure everyone lears all the jobs, but try not to force anyone into doing something they find difficult. This keeps everything fun, and produces better work. As leader, I am learning more how to direct.

We had three kids Tuesday and six Thursday Thursday we quit early and went to the airport. Three got their first Young Eagle's flight, and the other three got to fly again. Things like this are important to anyone working with this age group. All six joined our EAA Chapter, and three will be joining EAA National (three are already members.)
