Put in 5 hours on the Celebrity today......no pic's....nothing to take pictures of. After a light sanding I started to apply the 1st coat of Polyurethane to one of the 4 Wings. Took this time to do the top side only. I'll still need to turn it over and touch-up the bottom to complete the 1st coat. Then....I sand it again and repeat the process. This will take time but it provides protection from the harmful elements of "Ma-Nature" and is totally necessary.... I've got a bunch of work ahead of me...indeed I do.
This was backed up with the second Wing over a 4 day process. It is very time consuming and there is alot of material to cover....I've used in excess of a gallon of Polyurethane so far on just two wings and the Empenage plus the Fuse Stringers.
