I spent the week-end. Friday, Saturday, Sunday doing a complete Inventory and Parts Count on the materials provided. To my amazement everything is 100% there except for the Firewall. The Fuel tanks are shown in pic #1 and include the two optional Wing Tanks as well as the Fuselage Main Tank. The straps to install them are, however, not provided, nor do they appear on the Parts List. The Cowling shown in Pic #2 has been stored outside for some time and is weathered, and has some cracking in the Gel Coat on the Nose. The Factory built Fin, Rudder, El, and Stab are wrapped in Plastic and in perfect Condition. All of the Parts, Hardware, etc is still in the original packages. The Wood Matrial was opened (he built the most part of two wings) and it required some time to sort, re-bundel, count and identify. There is more than enough to complete the project - as it appears to me. The missing Firewall will be easy to re-create. The Plans are all "Full Size" and there are 12 of them. There is some fading on the printing of them but I've been able to re-write over the letters and re-create all of them and the Notes as well. I've written the new owner of Fisher and he has the original Master Plans and will sell me a set of new ones - run from the Masters for $250 but they will be the exact same as I have. He'll also sell me any single page for $25 each. He has nothing more complete or with more detail than I have. He purchased the Company from the Couple who bought it from MIke Fisher about a Dozen years ago - just at the end of last year and moved it to Canada. Interestingly he lived 11 years in Greensboro and took Flying Lessons as Smith Reynolds. He just moved back to Canada at the end of last year.
