Today I looked at and purchsed a Complete Quick Build Fisher Celebrity Kit from a man in Waxhaw, NC....just below Charlotte. I rented a U-Haul Truck and carried it home towing my Explorer behind. The Kit includes a Factory Welded "Steel Frame", Factory completed Fin, Rudder, Stabilizer, Elevator, Wing Spars (front and rear), Wing Ribs and False Ribs and all Wood and Aluminum Tube parts required to complete the Kit. It also includes, Bolts, Nuts, (all hardware), Hydralic Brake Parts, Gear, Wheels, Cowling, 48 yards of Poly Fiber sealed in plastic, Seat Pads Upholstered, Cables, fittings, etc.....a 100% complete Kit.
The previous owner put the two bottom Wings together (about 90% +/- and started to build the Right Top Wing about 30% max. Everything else is yet unstarted.
I've completed an inventory of parts matching the packing list and everything except the Firewall is there.
