No pics again as it's not necesary to document the steps I've already done before. I layed out from scratch the measurements etc of a new forward floor skin and a new pilot side skin and cut them out of a new sheet of ,025, I remeasured all the locations and than laid the old piece over the new to compare the intersection of lines for holes and parts attaching. I was able to save some time by laying the parts I had already attached to both these skins in place, clamp them and drill the holes from those already drilled in those parts. They, of course were then a perfect fit and things moved much faster then the first time I added these parts. The - net bottom line - is that I'm back to almost where I was last week.
