Brief Description:  Right Wing Assemble

I began yesterday to assemble the Right Wing. I layed-out and cut the Top and Bottom Rear Skins for both wings and after dressing the cut edge returned them to the storage area until I'm ready to install them. I then clecoed the Spars and Ribs together and checked for the proper 81 degree set and level positon on the table. After placing the top skin in position I marked the rib location on the leading and trailing edges, checked for 90 degree angle on Main Spar and Ribs and the Level posiiton of the Main/Rear Spar. I then removed the wing frame, layed-out the riib lines and rivet pitch for the Ribs on the skin and drilled the pilot holes in that skin. Set up the frame again and positioned and drilled the pilot holes through the skin into the ribs and clecoed. I placed the "tack rivets" in the main spar and turned the entire unit over to do the bottom. Repeated the process in the bottom skin then again checked proper set of Main Spar and 100% level of both spars and found them on the money. I drilled the holes in the bottom skin/ribs and rear Spar to fulll size. This was accomplished over two daiys.
