Brief Description: Assemble Stab
|

This summary represents 2 Days, Tuesday and Wednesday. Cleco's, deburring, primer, re-cleco, rivet was then done on the Bottom surface of the Stab. This was done after I secured a piece of .063 and produced the tie-downs for the front and rear spar and attached them to the frame. The frame was then secured to the bench top per instructions and the skin fitted, drilled, cleco'ed then dis-assembled and de-burred, primered and re-assembled. It was then turned over and the top skin was closed over the frame and fitted, drilled, cleco'ed, dis-assembled, deburred, and primer'ed. When it was re-assembled 1/2 of the piano hinge was fitted to the top rear spar edge, driled & cleco'ed.
