Began the project, after ordering Manuals and Plans from Zenith. Spent 3 days cleaning, throwing away unwanted/unneeded items and re-arranging the "Hanger" area.
Now have room to build and install workbench/table and begin hanging and bringing in tools that will be needed.
Plans are due mid next week and project then begins.
