Together with my Grandson we formed the front Longerons from extrusion angle, positioned, drilled, clecoed all the Longerons, L's and Z's together with the Lower Rudder hinges and cut out the access opening. Disassembled, deburred, primed, reassembled and riveted the bottom skin with the exception of the access area. We will install the Nutplates on the Z's next before we install/rivet them.
