Decided to remake the Main Spar Doublers Top and Bottom from .032 as I think I can do them better. I was 100% correct and glad I did They are right on the deminsions requirements and straight as well..others varied in width 2 to 3 mm across the span of the doubler and had a slight bow. I also can now drill them and the 1/4" X 1 1/2" Bars together to match the pilot holes in the Spar Webs. My skil levels are going up and the craftsmanship is closer to what I want. Also took apart the 1st Rudder to get rid of the bulk and duplicate.
