Checked the Flap skin I cut out yesterday and it matched designed measurements. Marked it for bending (used excel program) and bent on the Brake. It came out right on the money. Matched the ribs to the specified location called for and they are a snug firm fit. Checked everything and drilled #20 holes in skin where the plans call for them. Inserted ribs and the center lines matched through the holes in the skin. Drilled them and cleco'ed. Disassembled, deburred, primed, reassembled, checked everything again, and riveted. I have the right side Flap (less the hinge -at this moment) I'll do the left side Flap before I add the hinges (they're on the way from A/C Spruce with some other items) Today's work was my best effort - so far.
