Brief Description:  Re-do Rudder Parts

I e-mailed Debo Cox about my bend issues on .040 and he responded with, I believe good advise. I also cut a 100mm strip of .040, as he does, and tried it that way. I then took it to the table saw and ripped it to the required width and I truly did have a very straight angle at the required bend degree and meeting the flange specified width. The experience of the guys before ya really pays off...all one needs to do is - listen to them - and do it the way they tell ya.

Fitted the skeleton of the rudder together, drilled, clecoed, measured, disassembled, deburred, and primed with zinc-chromate (modified).

Re-assembled the parts and riveted them together.
