OK...Tried to lay it out on paper then cut out and mount on ply, then cut them out. Mounted smaller layouts on the previously cut out ribs (not usable) where they fit to save material. Much better but still not true to demensions. Off 1 to 3 cm at several grid points. Also do not like the way they look stacked on top of one another. Doesn't look right. Guess I need to try it again.
