Brief Description: Dimple HS 702

Bend the end tabs of HS 702 to 6 degrees. Cleaned edges of all HS ribs, spars and HS 710 HS 714. Dimpled center holes of both HS 702 spars and countersunk aft side of HS 710 and HS 714 to match dimpled holes.
