Dissassembled Rudder and deburred all holes. Dimpled the Rudder skin and appropriate ribs and spar rivet holes. Dimpled the rudder counterweight rib and machine countersunk bottom of counterweight.
Attempted to machine countersink the Rudder trailing edge AEX strip but experienced drill chatter when drilling side 2 since the hole gets enlarged due to how thin the AEX strip is.
Ordered new AEX strip.
Riveted the reinforcement plates and platenuts to the spar. Riveted the counterweight rib to the spar.
