Clecoed the rudder skeleton together and final drilled the rudder ribs spars and Reinforcement plates. Fabricated rudder horn shim and trimmed Rudder horn brace and final drilled. Clecoed rudder skins to skeleton and final drilled the rudder skins to the skeleton. Fabricated rudder bottom attachment strips and drilled holes to rudder skins.
