Clecoed the Vertical Stabilizer Spar Doubler to the Vertical Stabilizer rear Spar and clecoed the Rudder Hinge brackets to the Vertical Stabilizer Spar. Clecoed the Vertical Stabilizer Ribs to the VS Front and Rear Spar. Final Dirlled all Rib to Spar and Spar Doubler holes.
