Brief Description: Gluing up carpet and cutting door hole
Gluing up carpet and cutting door hole, purchased carpet from Lowes along with the carpet glue. Bolted sides to trailer frame, I used long bolts with locking washers and nuts and lock-tited the threads. I sealed the bottom of the plywood with spar varnish where it contacts the metal frame.
Glued carpet then trimmed carpet from the 1/8 router groove for the roof.
I trimmed 2.5 inches of carpet off the bottom where the sides will attach to the metal frame.
Got the side bolted on to the trailer frame. Bolts go through wood and metal frame and tightend.
