Brief Description: Trim gussets on router table with laminate bit.
I am roughly at the half way point on the ribs. I took the ribs I have made and ran them through my router table with a laminate bit and trimmed off the excess gusset material. I learned that to get the cleanest rib is to only glue one side of the gusset on and then trim, after being cleaned up glue the 2nd side gussets on and trim again. Much easier to avoid glue runs.
