Sanded a sheet of 1/16 aircraft ply from ACS to be used as gusset material for the Pietenpol ribs. After sanding I used a 2 1/2 inch hole saw with my 1/2 inch drill to cut out 500 discs to be cut into gussets.
Sanding 1/16 ply before cuttin discs.
Easier to sand now than to sand each disc after they are cut out.
