Brief Description: Cap strip steamer

Built cap strip steamer out of PVC pipe and a few PVC fittings. Added a wood base and used a Stanlley steamer unit to provide steam. Cut a piece of screen and glued it in the bottom of the T-fitting so the cap strip would be above the steam inlet.
