Brief Description: Reinstalled spinner, looked for rattle.
Checked prop pitch after all the bolt loosening and tightening. Found blades about .3 degrees out from each other. Readjusted pitch to 65.0 both blades. Torqued and replaced spinner. Full throttle runup now yeilding exactly 5000 RPM.
Inspected wiring forward of firewall. Tied down several spots with additional cable ties wherever I felt there was a possibility of vibration bringing wires into contact with the metal firewall.
Ran up engine to check for the "rattle" as previously described. Still there. Frustrating.
Had several visitors. Loud runups tend to attract attention.
