Not much flying at NY0 until afternoon, due to massive snow cleanup operations. I was going to put the RV in the maintenance hangar and pull the wings to fix that pesky stall warning connection, but couldnt get in right away so decided to take advantage of the beautiful day to fly off the manuevers on Card 4.
Repeated the time to climb test - once again forgot to retract takeoff flaps until I was at 5000 feet. The airplane doesn't seem to know the difference as far as performance goes. Finished that task, then did all the accelerated stall tests and the slow flight speed box. Airplane is very well behaved at all flap and power settings. Stalls all broke towards the level wings attitude.
There is still more vibration than I would like to see (feel). I will once again check the prop pitch, and maybe the carb balance. Then look into prop balancing.
Returned and parked the airplane in the big hangar. Wings off tomorrow.
