Brief Description:  Completed side fiberglass layups.

Snowed today. Only an inch or so but poor visability, so got to spend the day in the shop. Sanded the foam and filler. Think I got a good contour. Applied clear packing tape and waxed it. Mixed several batches of epoxy and appied all five layers of fiberglass cloth to both sides. Applied peel ply and stoked the wood stove with green wood so the shop will stay warm for a while. While waiting for the first ply to gel I installed the tube and tire on the nosewheel.

This fiberglassing is very exacting and very slow going, at least for me.

Received an email from Ken Scott at Van's. Looks like I am missing the cotter keys because I got an earlier revision level of Bag 2791, and he instructs me to use standard AN6 torque of 160-190 inch/pounds on the engine mount bolts.
