Brief Description:  Screwed bubble to frame.

Heated up the shop, and opened up the latch hole enough to prevent contact with the metal shaft. Riveted the guide plates to the canopy frame. Carolyn helped me re-install the bubble on the frame. Clecoed all the way around. Replaced the clecos in the rear frame with the specified screws. Snugged them up only, careful not to over tighten. Had to ream out a few of the holes so that screws would go in easily. Used the Unibit for this, spinning between fingers only, no power tools. Installed the side skirts, riveted into frame, screwed through glass. Cut the two rearmost screws too short, had to redo. Hope Van's sent extras.

Tried to raise canopy by myself, dropped it on my finger. Lots of snow around for cold pack! Carolyn came up to help me raise canopy. Seems to fit well, skirts overlap OK. Tight but OK.

Next - install rivets across the front bow - and then on to latches, guides, and fiberglass. Flying in the morning, then hopefully back to the project.
