Brief Description: Corrected offset countersink, worked small parts.
Corrected my offset countersink from yesterday by mounting the countersink bit in the drill press, and clamping down the part tightly to the drill press bed. Lined it up with a drill, then very slowly re-drilled the countersink until it was in the middle of the hole. Then cleaned it up and ran it a little deeper by using the countersink bit in the usual way, with a tiny strip of plastic tape wrapped around the pilot. Kinda kloogey but hey, it worked. See photo.
Deburred the skirt strips. Prepared the plastic guide blocks by countersinking and tapping the holes.
Th-th-that's it folks! Off to Costa Rica in the morning. No more airplane work for ten days.
