Got good advice via VAF from some of the guys on sequence of control installation, tail feathers, etc. Also an explanation of the flaperon torque tube spacers. Here is my plan coming into focus for the next steps.
1. Finish the flaperon spacers. 2. Cut down two of the workbenches to a lower height. 3. Lay the fuselage section down and move it to lower bench. 4. Move empennage to shop and attach. 5. Finish up the previous steps deferred waiting for tail. a) wiring b) flight control cables - route to tail for later hookup. 6. Do Section 34 - Canopy Installation 7. Do Section 35 - Landing Gear. Make sure everthing is done in tail first. 8. Do Section 38 - Cowl. 9. Install FWF Kit. 10. Install Avionics Kit. 11. Move to airport. Or possibly driveway if warm weather. 12. Install tail feathers. 13. Hook up flight controls. 14. Install fuel tank, rear window, panels. 15. Do Section 33 Miscellanea, 16. Get inspection. 17. Install remaining covers etc.
